Giliel Nellis

Giliel ("Gil) A. Nellis lives in Brunswick, Georgia with his wife Carrie and their 2 children Annabelle and Caroline. He is a partner at The Murray Nellis Law Group on St. Simons Island, Georgia where he practices Tax, Trust Law, Estate Planning, Charity Law, Business Law and Veterans Law. His specific skills include Estate Planning issues with complex trusts, estates, tax and charitable solutions. He is also skilled in asset protection planning as well as complex estate tax issues and complex trust solutions. He has served on 15 different Charity Boards in the last 15 years. He has successfully filed for new or restructured 501(c)(3) status numerous times.

Mr. Nellis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Chicago. He received a Juris Doctor from Mercer Law School in 2005. He became a member of the Georgia Bar Association in 2005. His Master of Laws in Estate Planning was earned from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006. He is an accredited Veterans Attorney since 2015.
